• The Skyscraper is part of a 5.5 hectares mixed development project of 9 high rise building of office, hotel, hospital and apartment towers. Five building including this tower have completed. Others are in planning or under construction. A twin towers named Sahid Perdana Tower will be part of the complex. Sahid Sudirman Center has direct basement level connection with already existing Sahid Jaya Hotel & Sahid Sudirman Residences of the complex.

THE PREMISES
Being Unit A and B at 56th floor with area of 748.7 square meters (semigross)

TERM OF LEASE
Sixty months from the lease commencement date.

RENTAL PAYMENT TERMS
Quarterly in advance, to be paid not less than 14 days delivery of original invoice from Lessor to Lessee.

BASE RENT
a) Rate : IDR 190.000 per sqm per month NEGOTIABLE
b) Payment Terms : Quarterly in advance

SERVICE CHARGE
a) Rate : IDR 40,000 per sqm per month, subject to review, includes but not limited to building security, water insurance, cleaning of common areas and building services during building normal office hours
